Schedule:

  • Training hours: 7:00am-3:00pm
  • Post-training hours: 6:30am-3:00pm

Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour, Could possibly have flexibility in pay for the right candidate


About This Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role plays a key part in keeping workflows organized, orders on track, and communication flowing between teams and customers. Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and customer service are essential for success in this position.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Print, distribute, and track work orders to ensure timely completion
  • Follow up with internal teams to confirm tasks and orders are completed as scheduled
  • Monitor and maintain the shipping calendar
  • Provide strong customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Support sales and production teams by coordinating workflows and order processing
  • Maintain internal systems (ERP/WMS experience preferred) with accurate data and reporting
  • Help keep warehouse operations organized, professional, and running efficiently
  • Assist with inventory tracking, order pulling, and cycle counts

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, administrative, or operations coordination experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Energetic, reliable, and proactive work style
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
